Please read my ToS before commissioning me!

I. OVERVIEW
- By purchasing a commission, you are agreeing to these terms of service.
- Please provide clear visual references in flat colour.
- I have the full right to decline a commission.
- Be aware that I have the right to raise my prices at any time; in the unlikely event that I do so during commission discussion with you as a client, the old pricing will remain in effect for this commission (but not for future commissions).
- Statements here may vary according to discussion with me, the artist.
- Please contact me via Twitter DMs. The discussion is to remain about the commission and to the point - kindly no chatting about irrelevant topics (unless we are mutuals).II. PAYMENT
- Payment is carried out via PayPal invoice; please be prepared to send me your PayPal email address.
- Commissions must be paid in full, up front; I offer preliminary draft sketches before payment at my discretion, but I will not begin linework until payment.
- Refunds are not available to request unless I have not begun the artwork beyond the sketch/draft stage; in this case, I will refund 50% of the commission value.
- If I have not been paid yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.
- I have the full right to cancel your commission and refund the money (amount at my discretion, according to progress completed).III. PROCESS
- Work in progress images (WIPs) are only available upon request for works exceeding the value of 45 USD. I may send WIPs at my own discretion (in most cases I send drafts and sketches before linework).
- I will notify you as soon as possible should outside factors delay the completion of your commission.
- If I send work in progress sketches/drafts, please use that opportunity to request any changes should you want them!
- I do not offer free changes after draft stages, unless they are minor and easily edited, or small mistakes.
- Major changes during the process incur additional fees.IV. USAGE
- I (the artist) retain full rights to the produced artwork, and may post/display the image publicly. Please notify me should you wish the artwork to remain private!
- You (the commissioner) retain the right to any personal characters depicted in the image, but not my artwork.
- You may publicly post/display the image with credit, and use the image for personal use.
- If you plan to post your commission publicly, I can provide a watermarked version to deter theft or scraping; please feel free to ask!
- You may NOT; reproduce the image commercially; take credit for the artwork's creation; remove my watermarks or signatures; edit the image.
- Please enquire with me if you wish to use the image commercially, my artwork commissions do NOT include commercial rights by default.
- You may NOT use my art for NFTs in any way.
- You may NOT use any of my drafts, sketches or artwork to feed into generative AI systems; that is art theft.
